So much fun! Essedon Bombers Vs. Sydney Swans!!
This was an amazing time! We had so much fun watching our first ever game of Aussie rules football! We even got to sit by a friendly Aussie who helped us plan the rest of our trip! The game was up and down the entire time - the best game I have seen in awhile- of any sport!
So when the nice Aussie gent was asked "what is the one thing you would tell us to see in Au if you were asked!?" He replied "Well darling, I would go to the reef, go camping in the outback, go to a soccer game AND see Ayers rock- I mean you might as well it IS one of the 7 wonders of the world mate!"
OK then.... Uluru it is!!!
I would just like to say to everyone that we are having an absolutely amazing time already and we still have so much to go! This is grand!
Who won the game?!?! Looks like a great time...sun and warm continues in Sitka. Murphy and his friends,including Andy Bone went on a picnic and ate hotdogs and s'mores! Grandma got lots of sun and a nap!
