On our first day on the road we drove into Hunter Valley - a place world renowned for it's wine making! Many wines are not commercially available- but rather sold from vineyards about the valley! Wait till you see the pictures- it was absolutely beautiful- and a sunny day too! We took a "wine rover" van to 6 wineries, a brewery and several cheese, olive and specialty shops.... 9:30am - 4:30 pm, nothing but wine (yes, Dave and Eve we are thinking of you- you would have LOVED this!) So we tasted 55 wines and some great food and on the way home we saw our first wild Roo's! We hope you like the pictures and they tell the story of our wonderful day together well......
